I am a firm believer in a systematic and cohesive approach in both life and professional backgrounds. In realistic settings, nothing exists in isolation. Every little thing belongs to something or interacts with something creating preconditions, connections, and implications.
"A flap of a butterfly's wing on one side of the Earth can cause a tsunami on the opposite side." A beautiful metaphor that is fundamentally true.
"The whole is greater than the sum of its parts", - Aristotle, a philosopher in Ancient Greece. 100% fair.
The more we study relationships between complex objects the clearer and more complete picture we are able to see. Hence, being able to understand better and to make better decisions, in profession and life.

Besides marketing, areas of my interest include:
As a discipline of studying the internal structures and processes of a person with the aim of self-awareness, and a better understanding of the motives and behaviors of other human beings. This means a possibility of building healthier relationships with your inner self and other people, and living a better life.
PSYCHOLOGY
One of the public figures whom I follow and whose beliefs resonate with me is Jordan Peterson, a Canadian professor of psychology, a clinical psychologist. I have great respect for the depth and breadth of his knowledge, ability to convey his thoughts in a strict and clear manner, to call things what they are, and courage to speak out even if (or especially if) it goes against the mainstream, and last but not least, the ability to maintain a respectful discourse with opponents.
In addition to the emotional and spiritual aspects of health, I like caring about the physical one too. I pay proper attention to my dietary culture (I don't consume meat and fish-related products, try to minimize gluten and dairy, and practice fasting) and physical activity (love jogging in the park and doing yoga). Over years it proved to work well for how I feel in my body.
PHYSICAL HEALTH
I believe that the human body is a perfect machine at its core. We just need not to poison it, not to invade its natural processes, carefully listen to its signals (symptoms) and create an environment for self-healing. I know, easier said than done! However, by making relentless efforts towards it definitely will be beneficial in the long run.
My favorite pastime when visiting new countries and cities (20 countries by 2019) is long, few hours walks enjoying facades and, generally, built forms, navigating the intricate narrow streets and wide avenues, exploring the culture and history of the place.
ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISM
I recently came across and now with great pleasure follow the YouTube channels of Lviv based architects Tetyana Kazantseva and Yulian Chaplinsky.
"Love for wisdom" if translated from Ancient Greek.
As a discipline studying the progress of nature, society, and consciousness, aimed at developing a holistic view of the world and the place of the person in it. The science and art of thinking and being.
PHILOSOPHY
Here I mostly follow Andrii Baumeister, Ukrainian philosopher and public intellectual. In addition to his extensive knowledge, I appreciate his well-considered manner of exploring the subject, his respective manner of communication, and, as I see it, a sincere desire to give the audience not only tools for critical thinking but also support them on the way for a more meaningful life.
The founder of which is Bert Hellinger, the German philosopher, psychotherapist, and theologian. This helping practice explores and unravels distorted links, relationships, and influences in a family, generations, and other larger systems, including businesses, nations, and so on.
FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
One of the figures I follow is Elena Veselago, Russian constellation therapist and lecturer. Widely known organizer and invited speaker of educational projects, including on the international arena.
If I'm not busy with all of the above and marketing :)
I’m probably
-
driving somewhere in the mountains
-
listening to classical music
-
dancing full volume pop
-
peacefully enjoying walking in the forest or around the lake
-
or hardly laughing at non-politically correct jokes (yep, I do)

Do we have something in common?
